1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Contrezz Listing, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our platform. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
These terms apply to all users, including property seekers, agents, developers, and any other parties who interact with our platform. By creating an account or browsing our listings, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Description of Services
Contrezz Listing provides an online marketplace that connects property buyers, renters, and commercial clients with property listings, agents, and developers. Our services include property search, listing management, virtual tours, and related tools designed to facilitate real estate transactions in Nigeria.
We do not own, sell, or guarantee any properties listed on our platform. We act as an intermediary, and all transactions are between users. We make reasonable efforts to verify listings and agents but do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or legality of any content.
3. User Obligations
You agree to use our platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You must not post false, misleading, or fraudulent listings; harass other users; or use the platform for any illegal activity. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
When posting listings, you warrant that you have the right to list the property and that all information provided is accurate to the best of your knowledge. You agree to respond promptly to inquiries and to conduct yourself professionally when interacting with other users.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on Contrezz Listing, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Contrezz Listing or its licensors and is protected by Nigerian and international intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written consent.
By submitting content to our platform, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with our services. You retain ownership of your content but agree that we may use it to operate and promote our platform.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Contrezz Listing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our platform. This includes but is not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability for any claims arising from these terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or one hundred thousand Naira (₦100,000), whichever is greater. We are not responsible for the conduct of users, agents, or third parties.
6. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria.
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
